Our policy lasts 30 days and come into effect from the date of arrival of the goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition when it is displayed either online or in the shop. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the delivery notes to approve the date of the delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will be processed within 2 business days.
Exchange (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the exchanged item will be ready for you to be delivered at your expense.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or 'Make an Offer' items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or 'make an offer' items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
It is your responsibility to arrange the shipping for the exchanged item to be delivered if applicable.
