The bevelled rectangular central plate bordered by a water leaf moulding, within a mirrored surround applied with a gilt anthemion over an arrangement of pierced scrolls to each corner, extending to a stylized floral gilt moulding, rising to a shaped mirrored crest overlaid with gilt scrolls, flowers and rinceaux surmounted by further anthemion.
